AI-Enabled Workflows
Apply large language models where they actually save time, with the controls that regulated and public-facing work requires. We design AI features around background processing, cost management, and human review.
The hard part of AI in production is not the model. It is everything around it: deciding which decisions a person must still make, keeping costs predictable, handling failures quietly, and leaving a record of what the system suggested and what a human approved. We build that scaffolding first so the AI feature can be trusted on day one.
What we deliver
- Document analysis and classification (for example, suggesting billing codes from clinical notes)
- Structured content generation with editorial review workflows
- LLM integration into existing applications and business processes
- Cost, latency, and reliability tradeoff analysis
- AI-assisted engineering practices that speed delivery without lowering code quality
Seedcast.ai and AI-assisted clinical coding
We designed, built, and operate Seedcast.ai. It connects media, transcription, AI processing, and website publishing so that each recorded message becomes a transcript, an article, study materials, and questions and answers, all linked to related content. We also provided product and technical leadership on Epic-integrated tools that suggest billing codes from discharge summaries, with coders keeping final review.

Our approach
Human in the loop
People approve what matters. Suggestions are labeled as suggestions, and every approval is recorded.
Run it in the background
Long-running AI jobs are queued, retried, and monitored so a slow or failed model call never blocks a user.
Measure the cost
We estimate and track per-task cost and latency so the feature stays inside budget as volume grows.
Where we have done this
- Seedcast, our product for churches, turns transcripts of recorded sermons into articles, study materials, and questions and answers, then connects related messages through scripture references.
- Question answering across connected website content, including sermons, services, announcements, and topics (in development for Seedcast).
- A prototype data assistant that answers natural-language questions about combined records while keeping personally identifiable information out of everything sent to the AI model.
- Product and technical leadership on tools integrated with Epic that analyze discharge summaries and suggest billing codes for coder review.
