Your customers. Our software. Shared recurring revenue.
You have already earned your customers' trust. We design, build, host, and support a product they will pay for, packaged into your subscription tiers. You add revenue per customer without adding engineering budget, headcount, or roadmap risk.
Growing revenue per customer usually means building new product. That is expensive and slow.
Your engineering roadmap is already full. Hiring a team for a new product line takes months and carries real risk. Meanwhile, your customers have problems adjacent to what you sell today, and they would pay to have them solved by a provider they already trust.
A partnership changes the math
- No development fees. We fund the build in exchange for a share of the revenue it generates.
- New tier value. A differentiated feature that justifies an upgrade or a price increase.
- Better retention. Customers who rely on more of your platform churn less.
- Faster time to market. A senior team that ships, not a hiring plan.
- Limited downside. Start with a pilot cohort and clear terms before any broad launch.

Straight answers
Who owns the software?
We do. That is what lets us fund the build. Partners typically receive distribution rights for their market, and terms such as exclusivity and white-labeling are negotiated case by case.
What does it cost us?
Partnerships are structured around revenue share rather than development fees. Your investment is placement, promotion, and access to customer insight. Integration requirements are agreed during the proposal stage.
How is revenue shared?
Monthly, based on subscriptions or add-on sales attributable to the product. The split depends on who carries billing, first-line support, and marketing, and is set out in writing before launch.
What about our customers' data?
Data handling, security expectations, and data portability are defined in the agreement. If a partnership ends, there is a planned transition so your customers are never stranded.
Have a customer base and a product idea, or just the customers?
Tell us about your platform and your customers. We will come back with opportunities worth exploring together.
