Website Design Project for
MSC Property Management Company

MSC Property Management Company, based out of Turlock, CA provides residential management services for owners. They take care of the day-to-day dealings that come with owning property (filling vacancies, collecting rent, maintenance & repairs, evictions).

Their website had to serve two major segments of users: owners and renters. For the owners, the website needed to convey trustworthiness. After all, the owners would be letting MSC handle possibly their most expensive assets! Part of the website speaks to owners and helps them feel at ease leaving an owners valuable investment in their hands. The website also has to speak to potential renters. A key feature we developed is a custom property listing page that can easily be updated.

The outcome was exactly what MSC was aiming for. They are able to market to new property owners and onboard them and provide all the resources that tenants and potential tenants need to interact with them.
